NIPSCO residential electric customers will see a lower base rate increase than originally proposed, following the decision of a collaborative settlement reached July 18, 2011. The outcome eases the burden on residential customers while allowing us to continue investing in service, reliability and system improvements to support Indiana’s economic growth.
